I just got this knowledge yesterday . Just wanna share :)

In Islam , there is TWO akad in Salary .

1st : Tijarah . 2nd : Jua'lah.

1st : You got paid , based on WORK .

eg : You are a teacher .  For a month , You are assigned to teach a class from 7am till 5pm .

        Regardless whether they will get clever or not . A month passed , you got your pay .

2nd : You got paid , based on MISSION

eg : You are a teacher . For a month , You are assigned to teach a class until they get 5A's in    

         UPSR.

       Regardless of method you are using . A month passed , They all got 5A's , you got your pay.
