Okey , last Saturday , Peers ade buat satu seminar ni  " Oneness towards Unity " . PAsal communication skill . Dan aku tataw ape kaitan name seminar tu ng objektif die (?) *krik krik .

 Hah , sape kenal ni ? Ini lah Bro. Rizal Hassan . He is indeed a very good motivator . Why ? Sebab he wears cheongsam *giggles* . eh no lah . Because his way of presenting the seminar is so-not boring . Tapi aku takpaham asal ade orang ngantuk o.0? Mata aku tegak dari awal sampai akher  . Oh mungkin sebab aku commitee kot . hehe .

Okey , inilah bende2 yg aku blaja dari seminar tu . Aku highlightkan je la ye :)

Regarding dgn lagu bangau oh bangau kat atas tu tadi , literally it means , STOP BLAMING , others and situation . Why ? Because :

• Every moment is a CHOICE
• and every choice is MY choice

So , never blame . When things go wrong , remember who makes the choice in the first place . But that doesnt mean we have to blame ourself . We just need to use another way , choose another option .

• Life is full of choices
• So , CHOOSE-LAH !
• When we choose in remembrance of Allah , Then , that is the Right choice , InsyaAllah .

Aku rase , seminar ni best , sebab die sentuh perkara2 asas tentang kita sebagai manusia . Choice , Problem , Life target . See ? Its a common things to us , especially students . Too many options ,yet , too many thoughts . Sampai tatahu mana yg patut dan tak patut. Sampai takut amik risiko . and yes , people afraid of failure .

• Every problem has a solution
• Every solution begins with ME .
• Because i choose

Paling menarek , bile die nak maksudkan yang , Memang kat dunia ni Allah bagi kite banyak pilihan , Dan terpulang kepada kita nak pilih mana , Itu adalah kebebasan kita . So , bile kita dah pilih ,kenapa kita nak salah kan orang laen ? Bile masalah berlaku , kenapa nak tuding jari kat perkara laen ?

• Stop talking about problems, Start talking about solution
• When things go wrong ? Choose , choose , and choose another way . Untill when  ? Until we SATISFIED . Not necessarily untill the probs solved . Because at that level , we have reached the point of REDHA .

Pastu bile dia cakap pasal Life target ni , aku dah penah dengar . Tapi lumrah manusia , sentiasa terlupa . Tu dia , tahu je tak cukup , silalaah buat :D . So , alhamdulillah , aku dah jelas la kot target aku setakat ni . Ehemehem . Yang penting , we have to keep talking about that goal , to make it ALIVE . Tang ni la pentingnye kawan :)

LAst part is , about SALAM MESRA . Camana kita nak approach orang , sampai orang tu suka kat kita . I mean , suka in terms of , senang ng kita dan ingat kita . Lagi2 lecturer . Muahahah.

One more thing i learned is, LUCK doesnt exist . Its just a reason that being made up by humankind just  to sedapkan hati  . Hikhik .

Mengapa kita perlu untuk Stop Bangau-ing ? Sebab takut2 , kite mem-bangaukan Tuhan atas apa yang terjadi  . Nauzubillah . Sedangkan kita merancang , dan Allah juga merancang . Tapi perancangan Allah jugalah yang terbaek. Allah knows best . Then , STOP BANGAU-ing ! :)

1- Kenapa kau amek course ni?

A : sebab aku minat gile do , pasni aku nak jadi blablabla~
B : Tah , tu yg aku dapat , tibai je lah. Tu pun da untung 8)

2- Kenapa kau makan ?

A : sebab aku lapar lah , ape lagiiiiii . =.="
B : Tah , keperluan hiduppp (?). :D

3- Kenapa kau mandi ?

A : sebab aku nak wangii , baru la selesa buat kerja dan beribadat  :)
B : Tah , keperluan hiduuupp (?) -tade modal =.="


Haa , contohnye la .

Aku dulu , selalu jadi yang B . Tah kenapa aku buat pun aku taktahu . Dan selalunye , golongan B ni, ikot je ape yang selalu orang buat . Senang terpengaruh . Tiada pendirian . Huhu . Dan ,sesungguhnye , bile tiada sebab yg kukuh nak buat bende tu , terus buat acuh tak acuh , ala2 kadar . Kerana die sendiri tahu tiada apa yang perlu dipertahankan .  Tak dapat , tape . Dia tak rase melepas pon . Dan kalau die dapat , okay . Tapi tiada kepuasan .

Tapi macamane , keputusan yang dibuat itu , bakal menentukan masa depan hidup die ?

Macam aku , Dulu , lepas Spm , aku mohon JPA . Aku pun tatahu la pekejadah nye aku apply Jpa dan bukan Mara . Padahal , MAra semua Melayu kot . Ada potensi yg tinggu tuk dapat , dr Jpa , yang lamsam semue bangsa . Ya , aku hanya ikot ape yg org laen buat . Hehe . Aku engat lagi , mase aku masuk dewan  yang penuh dgn mereka2 yg laen  mase explorasi kerjaya doktor tu , perghh , cuak gileeee sioooot ! GULP ! MAse berjalan nak pergi  ke tmpt duduk tu , mcm2 dlm otak aku , " eh maslin asal kau amek Jpa , ni bukan mara ? kan da cuak sensorang !" Blerghhh , Tuhan je la tahu :|. End up , dari sekolah aku  , yang laen semua laki , aku je perempuan kat HKL tu , Pfftt . Segan aku @.@".

*Kesimpulan :1) aku tataw nape aku apply Jpa 

Long story short , the results are off . Dan aku dapat dalam negara je even aku apply luar . Alhamdulillah :) . Walau sebenarnye SEDIH dalam hati T.T. Dan walau aku da rase takyakin da nak amek medic T.T -And the pain worsen , bile masuk cfsiium dgn course biotech yg aku tataw pekejadah aku jadi nnt dengan course ni =.=" , and jumpe balek mmber yg dah kat INTEC .

2) dahla tataw nape aku amek medic , pastu lagi tataw nape aku amek Biotech @.@

Aku rase , aku sedeh sebab aku tahu aku deserve more than beimg a local university's undergraduate , dengan keputusan Spm yg bajet cemerlang tu . Ecewah ,and Overseas are all i ever wanted since i was Form1. MasyaAllah , siapalah aku nak persoalkan takdir dan kuasa Allah yang Maha Mengetahui perjalanan hidup aku . Ye , mase tu aku tahu itu , Tapi tak pekat . tak lekat . Aku sangat sedeh dan down . Akhirnye , aku tersungkur sendiri dengan racun yang aku sendiri letak dalam perjalanan hidup aku ketika itu - Tidak Redha . Semue perkara , aku lost . Aku mcm tataw pape . Bukannye aku takboleh , tapi macam aku ckp , Aku tatw nape aku kat situ then amek biotech yg aku lagi tatahu , dan clearly tiada apa untuk diperjuangkan . Apa yang aku belajar , dan struggle , hanyalah untuk memenuhi kuota Jpa , sebanyak 3.3 . Cipuut je weh . tapi ituu pun susah :( . Bile org tahu je aku pemegang Jpa , semue buat muke , "Hebat gile kau " . dan aku , yg tahu hakikat yg sbnrnye , hanye mampu tunduk lalu tersenyum kelat . Kerana aku tidak sanggup memandang muka2 mereka yang tahu nilai sebuah biasiswa dan  mahukannye lebih dari aku , yg masih tidak sedar apa yg aku inginkan .

Aku dah sampai satu tahap di mana aku nak tukar kos da..Rase 'arghh , sains bukan bidang aku!'. Perghh . Tapi aku takut . Bagaimana kalau perasaan yg aku rase tu , dtg balek bile aku tukar kos laen ? Menyesal tak menyesal ? Apa aku nak cakap kat Jpa ? Hilang arah aku waktu tu .

Paling aku sedar , adelah pada sem terakher , di mana semuanya sudah terlambat . Ibarat telur di hujung tunduk . Walau aku buat macamane pon , 4 flat ke bagai , cgpa aku ttp takkan naek . Dah terlambat . Bile dapat result , luluh jantung aku . All i think is about my parents , how will they feel ? is this how i pay their effort ? Ya Allah  , what i need to do ????! And there goes , the looks of disappoinment in their faces :'( .
And at that time , all i hoped for is a new start at IIUM Kuantan . Ya Allah , i need strength !

And here i am at Kuantan :)

Learning from the past , Now , i become that person who NEED to know the reason  doing something , because the feeling when i accomplished one , is sooo SATISFYING :) . I know now , what is my mission in this course , Biotech , and hopefully Allah will help me along this way :) . Oh why im telling you all this ? Because i dont want you people to make the same mistakes like i did . Yeh , memang perkara dah lepas , tapi aku kene ingatkan diri aku jugak . Kadang2 bile aku stalk blog aku sendiri balik , refresh balik ape yg dah pernah berlaku kat diri aku .

" A wise man is who from the mistakes and never repeat it again .

So , anda anda semue , lagi2 yang nak amek Spm , dan lepasn Spm nanti ,
Tolong la kenalpasti apa yang anda mahukan . Jangan jadi cam aku ni ha . hahaha . Dan Jangan Ikot Orang . Semua orang ade kelebihan dan kemampuan masing2 . Kalau rase diri minat melukis , amek je la Architecture . Minat seni ? Masuk Aswara . Haaa . Yang penting , kite tahu kerana apa kita lakukan sesuatu dan jelas dengan apa yang kita pertahankan . Bukan pasal course je , tapi semue perkara. Muahaha.

Satu lagi , aku pernah tanye kawan2 aku , ade yg boleh carry on even die tataw kenapa pon die amek course tu . Well , she is so lucky then . Nak buat camane . Manusia semue berbeza . dan ditakdirkan  Aku memang camni . Haha . Yang penting , jangan biarkan emosi menguasai diri . Sentiasalah berbalik kepada realiti dan fokus kepada potensi :)

selepas 3 hari yang memenatkan ini , kerana exam sudah tentu , akuuuu telah berjaya menadapat jalan untuk menjawab exam dgn cemerlang walafiat nyeeeee. hahaaha. aku bukan best student oh , so ini jelah yg aku mmpu lakukan. Untuk diri sendiri jugaaaaak ^^

BEFORE :

1) Study

- okey, semue orang tahu. Man jadda wa jada. Siapa yang berusaha die berjaya . So mesti lah kene belajar duluuuu kaaaan. haaaaa. Takkan nak maen redah je :)

- study smart.  aku snanye pon tataw sgt lah . haha. sbab aku bukan buat sgt. :D. Bak kate Dr. Rin, to be effective and efficient , bile dlm class , FOKUS. Bile org buat presentation , LISTEN. haaa. meme la ado oghe tokseh wak gini pom buleh excel, tapi tapi tapiii , this is how to be effective n efficient . lagi2 budak2 yg salu busy and byk keje mcm org tuu *coughmecough* , haaa, so  jimat mase skit :)

- Know what to do . you have to know what u want to know wha to do. Pekejadah aku ckp ney ? hee, snanye nak ckp  , kene tahu aa chapter ape yg masuk sume , and if ade soalan past2 yg mdm kasi , gunekan. Titik beratkan segala ape yg madam ckp bile last2 class tuu. hint tu wehh HINT. hee. Mereka pon nk tgok kite berjayee. ohh i loveyouuu lecturerssssss :')

2) Physical.

-Your bodyyy.  make sure that it is in a fit shape . Kalau nak sukaan , jangan extravaganza sangat. Nanti patah riuk tangan sapa nk tolong jawab kan exam ? haaaaa. Plus , kalau penat sangat nanti , malam  nak studyy agii , nak stayupppp. Kalu da penat , gano ? haaa. badan pon ade hak. die nak rehat . So make sure you are goooood :)

- Makan . Makan jangan skipppp. Otak nak belajarr. perlukan glucose, thus , perlukan makanan ! baru boleh generate byk glucose ! sape2 yg diet tu  , tolong lupekan kejap boleeehh ? hee. skejap je kot , tapi kau takyah melantak macam orang tak cukup makan sebulan laa weh. hahaha, aku suh kau makan yang sepatutnye dengan adat dan budaya , bukan raksasa :>. heheh. Nasi laaaaa :P

3) Spiritual

- Pray. Doa selalu. semayang. Mintak kat Tuhan , semoge ape yg kite belajar tu lekaaaat kat dada :) , semoge ape yang kite belajar tu kua masa exam *hehe. Ini pun usaha :). Lagi best bile kite doa kat time2 yang mustajaab. pergh , memang mashuk aahhh. sebab kite tataw bile doa kite akan diangkat , dan doa mana yang akan diangkat . so selalu la berdoa. Plus , Allah suka bile kite doa kat Dia, Bile kite mintak something , bile kite rase perlukan pergantungan :')

4 ) Friends

- kawan, diorang agak penting , tapi bukan yg terpenting .  Kenapa ? Lets say kau da penat belajar or bende yang kau belajar tu involve  bnde yg baca2 cam biology , tu laa gune nye mereka ney. Kau gi lepak2 je ramai2 , then... bukak kedai kopi. HAHA. tapi this time kopi tahap hawwwliaawwww punye.

- Bukak cite pasal bende yg korang studi tu laa. secara tak langsung , anda  sedang melatih otak untuk melakukan Output ataw , pengeluaran informasi . sebab, care otak kite ni berjalan , bile lepas Input, kene saing ng output. bahaha. penah tak bile nk jwb exam , rase cm sekat2 nk engat balek , or nak tulis balek ape yg da bace ? haaaa, die tak lancar sebab tibe2 je kene pakse perah idea. blerghh. Same je , bile training bola . training training training...zZzZzZzz... eh eh , TOURNAMENT ! tade frenly match , tade interbatch , tade 3 on 3. haa.mmg agak tercirit di situ . mungkin boleh la kot , tapi  , kurengggg sikit. hahh , pehe dop ? >.< Sumpah nanti terbayang2 kat dewan exam :D

-satu agi , penting sebab nak kejutkan bangun bile nak tido2 ayam or so-called-sleeps-for-5-minutes. HAHAHAHAHAAAHAHA. *sbb tahu mmg takjadi 5minit ah kalau da tdo tuuu =.="

5) Faith

-have faith people. You already go thissss long to give up now . Chaiyokk ! :)

DURING :

1) Sleep

- have enough sleeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppppppp ! its important for the brain to process the information ! woohooo. give the brains their rights peeps . They worked hard very haaardd to receive all the input all day longg or perhaps nights , so they need to rest a lil bit for processingg. haha , percaye laa, kalau tak nnt pening2 . lagipon , badan kene cergas to overcome all those butterflies in the stomach :D. haha. ITS EXAMINATION forgodsakeeee fewhhhhh ~. heee ;).

2) Eat

-Ye , sile tolong makan b4 exam . lagi2 bile exam lameeee nak mammm. hohoh. tadi da kate kan brain nid glucose ? haa, this time , same and plus , body need energy to write and to feel nervous ! based on biochem that i learned , whne we are nervous , trauma , afraid , etc , the breakdown of food will be moreee than producingg it . gaaaaaaaaaahaha. kalau sikit ataw takmakan langsung ? Nayaaaaaa :s.

Percayalah, 3hours in that hall ? mau kejongggggg :<

3) Cool

-sile bertenangg. especially SAYA ! hahaha. sape yg tataw aku ni miss gelabaaah takhengaat. hoho. Taktaw eh ? haah mmg lah sbb aku tipu kau je la doh ! HAHA =.=" . okeyy , be cool . Because u would be surprised what will happen when you do this . First , it calm ur mind . Secondly , when this happen , Your brain can think properly , and third , FUH ! the output is thereeeee ~ . haaaa. Keep calm and answer it :)

4) Friends 

-heee. aku da byk kali kena dah ney . which is , time jalan nk gi exam hall , kawan cite bnde pe tah , then POP! masuk dlm soalan exam ! pergh mase tu rase cma bengangggggggggggggggg sebab tak dengar betol2 ahahhaa. tapi kalau engat mmg syukur gilaaaaaaaaakk lah kan . haha . Tu gune mereka ;) *hehehehegelakjahathehehe. and and and , bile mereka tolong belikan makanaaan, aaa suweetnyeeeww , thanxx unaaaaa . hahha :)))

5) Pray

-Doa kat Tuhan , moge2 jawapan kite betul ,moge2 kite boleh kuarkan ape yg kite da blaja, moge2 pilihan kita betol. Ameeeeeeeeen ^^

AFTER :

1) Be grateful

- of whatever just happened in that hall just know . Even pon macam hoigiloakujawabtahpapehoi , but , just be grateful , sebab mesti ade jugak input2 yg kite pikir "eh ni bile mase aku bace" ttbe teringat :'). haaaa, be grateful for that moment . Cause that wont be  happening without His will. saya rase, kalau saye tanye,"ade xape2 perkara yg awak menyesal ?" saya pasti, pasti jawapannya YA. Memang saya pon kadangkala berasa begitu. Di dunia ni terlalu banyak pilihan perlu dibuat sehinggakan kita tidak tahu mana yg perlu dipilih krn tidak pasti apa yg bakal kita tempuhi selepas pilihan kite tu. Kebanyakan kite, selepas memilih sesuatu, akan mule terase sangsi akan jalan pilihannya itu dan muel tidak fokus. Selalunye ia berlaku apabila kite tdk dapat apa yg kite mahu atau tidak berjaya dalaam sesuatu. Tahukah anda apakah impak kepada penyesalan yg tdk berkesudahan? Jika dibiarkan pasti melarat. Okey, katakan lah kita nk wat something ny. Kite msti ade aim.ade mission. Tapi , jika kite telah terganggu dgn penyesalan ini, pasti tergugat misi yg ingin dicapai. LEbih kurang mcm squad dalam perang. Ada misi. Ada target. Tetibe hilang arah.Hilang tujuan.Hilang fokus. Mahu tak terkorban satu squad ? Bahaya Tak? YE, penyesalan mampu membuat kan ade hilang arah dan tujuan. Jadi bagaimana ? Tips :

1. Renung kembali akan ape yg telah dilakukan. Mengapa boleh jadi begitu . Lalu cari penyelesaian untuk bangkit dr penyesalan itu.
2. Ingatlah firman Allah dlm surah Albaqarah, "Tidaklah  Aku menurunkan beban ke atas mu selain ia sesuai dgn kemampuan mu". jadi percayalah , ade sesuatu yg Dia mahu tunjuk kepadamu.
3. Pull yourself together. Cari kekuatan. Keraguan dalam keputusan sentiasa akan berlaku. Lalu, carilah keazaman dan sebab kenapa anda perlu teruskan dengan pilihan anda. Jika tiada juga, tiba masanya untuk anda memberanikan diri menongkah arus.
4.ade ustazah dlm radio ikim ckp, kite harus buang rase menyesal itu. Allah telah aturkan. Semua nya ada kebaikan. Cume bagaimana cara untuk kite respon dgn akibat dr pilihan kite itu. Yang penting, kite kene tahu ke mana kite mahu pergi, regardless of what way we have choose.
5. Mintalah petunjuk dr NYA. Solat Istikharah selalu. Then ,be Dare and be BOLD.

a pro basketballer :

feels success if he could score 100 times and aim for MVP.

an amateur basketballer :

would feel success with only one time score and can be grateful just to be a part of the game.

however if

the pro player dont get the title, he will be damn sad,

but not for the amateur .

all the amateur cares about is a chance to score and he will be sad if he didnt.

because for both of them sad coz they think it is a Failure.

u might think to drive a car is success

while i say to ride a bike is a success to0.

so now, why d0es the different failure differs from one another ?

is it because the expectati0ns ?

expectation varies cause they know where they stand .

they know what they can afford of for the time being.
